MOWATEER CAR ASSEMBLY LIMITED WARRANTY PROGRAM

Mowateer Car Assembly warrants the original Buyer for 12 months or 12,000 miles / 20,000 kilometers on the parts listed under Mowateer Car Assembly Limited Warranty Program section of this document, whichever occurs first subsequent to the original retail purchase, that it will repair or replace, at its option, any Mowateer Car Assembly part mentioned under Mowateer Car Assembly Limited Warranty Program section of this document that, after inspection, is found to have failed due to a defect in factory supplied material or workmanship. Mowateer Car Assembly may use new or remanufactured parts for replacement. This limited warranty is valid for the original retail buyer and is transferable to subsequent owners. Mowateer Car Assembly Limited Warranty Program will be cancelled if anyone else has undertaken any kind of work on the car
